Doesn't boot.
Reaches the "Produced by or under license by SEGA" screen and locks there.
However, it seems to boot in-game, since the VMU screen changes to the KOF 2002 logo.
Bringing the select menu options and then exiting using select again, leaves the options on-screen as a "leftover".
Changed around all the settings I could, no success in reaching to the first loading screen.
