FMV play between 17-30 fps with audio stuttering, but once in game with the Pal version you can choose between 50hz or 60hz (ntsc version does not have this option and always targets 30fps even with RGB Component selected)
It holds 22-25 frames pretty well in gameplay and audio is good, I would call this close to perfect.
