Game doesn’t achieve full speed in cutscenes or gameplay however it does when you are navigating the hub city points of interest.
Underwater gameplay hovers around the 22-24fps with a little bit of audio stutter.
I would rate this playable. As it is still enjoyable.

ADVANCED idle skip use neon simd self-modifying code checks - off multi-threaded emulation Downclock 1.200 (it didn’t change alot when I changed this)
