Frame Gride v4.000 (1999)(From)(NTSC)(JP)
Patched it in English manually with patch I found online.
Some menu selections can be 22-30 fps
In game consistent around 30fps seems full speed to me.
Second battle dips around 24 fps when many missals are thrown but it’s only for a second and not a prob at all imo.
Setting used: PAL, TV Composite, Per Strip, Automatic Frame Skip set to Maximum, Native Depth Interpolation, Dynarec, Idle Skip, Downclock ratio 1.520, Multi-threaded emulation.
