Love this game and the cutscenes and menus run ok to fullspeed but gameplay suffers a lot of slowdowns constantly with no time during actual matches that can hit a full 60fps.
Menus/Ui - (40-60fps mostly around the high 50s with stutters during transitions)
Cutscenes - (30-60fps mostly around the 40s but still hitting 60fps depending on what's on screen)
Gameplay - (21-60fps mostly around mid 30s with horrible audio crackling and slowdown when a lot of effects or character models are on screen, which happens a lot since this is a 3 on 3 fighter)
