FMVs stutter. Title screen is fullspeed (30fps) Game runs about half speed. Audio is choppy. Changing the downclock ratio to a higher value helps with the audio stutter and fmvs, but causes the game to run slower overall.

Settings used: Transparent Sorting -> Per Triangle Auto Frame Skipping -> Normal Shadows -> Enabled Fog -> Enabled Simple Shaders, Mipmaps and Neon SIMD -> On Self-Mod. Code Checks -> Off Downclock Ratio -> 1.500

With the latest build, enabling the Float Ops Gamehack and changing the Downclock ratio to 3.820 allows the FMVs to be played at full speed and the game's audio to work better. The framerate is still not full but the game appears playable.
