Aside from some minor hitching during the intro video the entire game runs flawlessly.
NOTE: must have Self-Modifying Code Checks set to (Reduced) in order for all stages to work but thankfully does not hinder it's perfect performance.
Menus/UI - (60fps fullspeed)
Cutscenes - (45-60fps only 2 minor dips in them but 99% at 60fps)
Gameplay - (60fps, there is a slight stutter before certain matches begin but only lasts for a single second, other than that it runs perfectly.)
