Amazing performance! The CG cutscenes do not hit full speed but all menus, in-game cutscenes and gameplay all can hit fullspeed a majority of the time, with hitches on EVERY screen transition it will dip the framerate for a second every time, as well as when there are many enemies on screen but the vast majority is super playable.
Menus/UI - (Fullspeed which is 60fps for menus except the Mercenaries Character Selection menu which runs at 30fps which is the fullspeed for that one)
Pre-rendered cutscenes - (20-36fps except for the first part of the intro cutscene after starting a new game on Hard or Easy Mode which runs at a full 60fps, thankfullyall are skippable)
In-game cutscenes - (30fps which is fullspeed for those cutscenes but can dip on every camera cut as well as when a lot of enemies are on screen.)
Gameplay - (12-30fps with the VAST majority being around 28-30fps but with dips during each transitions and hard dips when a lot of enemies or effects are on screen, overall a very enjoyable experience.)
