Titlescreen and FMVs are fullspeed. Game runs at about 15 to 25 fps but seems fine, audio doesnt have any issues. Some graphical errors. See screenshot.

Settings used: Transparent Sorting -> Per Triangle Auto Frame Skipping -> Normal Shadows -> Enabled Fog -> Enabled Simple Shaders and Neon SIMD -> On Mipmaps - Off Self-Mod. Code Checks -> Off Downclock Ratio -> 3.820 Float Ops Gamehack -> On

For the glitches try the usuals: Disable Neon SIMD, Depth Interpolation

Also the game is running that slow in framerate probably cause your downclock ratio is too high.
