Awesome game and awesome soundtrack but due to horrible cutscenes and mandatory Motorcycle segments that cannot run at fullspeed it overall doesn't make for a great experience.
Menus/UI - (25 fps which is fullspeed)
Cutscenes - (11-22fps mostly on the lower side with horrible audio quality)
Gameplay - (15-25fps indoor segments can hit fullspeed a majority of the time but when a lot of character models or effects are on screen it can dip, Mandatory motorcycle segments runs anywhere between 15-25 as well but mostly in the teens low 20s with horrible audio and dips as cars move down the road.
