Incorrect lightmaps rendering #10

Sometimes when a projectile is fired or an explosion happens, you can notice some weird pure black lightmaps rendered on top on surfaces.

This is not supposed to happen.

Issue may be related to some blending issue. Same issue happens on vitaXash3D which shares Quake II lighting code.
