I wouldn't know how to explain this very well, but since this option was added to Yoyo Loader, it shows up selected in random games, and when you try to uncheck it, it just doesn't respond.
When closing and restarting Yoyo Loader, the option magically got unchecked, or it gets checked in other games (totally random), sometimes you can uncheck it, and sometimes you can't.
Edit: it also happens with the last added options: Use Double Buffering and Use Uncached Memory
