We are running this on our server. I wonder if there could be a way to make it not spam the message and just send it in intervals of like 60 or 120 seconds instead?

I haven't really looked at this mod in a while and was surprised to see there is not really an alternative yet. Anyway, I'll have a look and see if this is something I can add.

Unfortunately my Visual Studio installation isn't working anymore and as such I am unable to rebuild the mod. If someone else wants to try to add this feature, feel free to create a PR, but I am unable to do it currently.
