source files for minified JavaScript (material design) are missing #174

I'd like to package shinydashboardPlus for GNU Guix; we build the JavaScript from source, processing the unminified JS files. This repository does not contain the original sources of Material Design 1.0. Could you please let us know how these minified JS files were obtained? Thank you!

To clarify: this is about these files: shinydashboardPlus/inst/materialDesign-1.0/js/material.min.js shinydashboardPlus/inst/materialDesign-1.0/js/ripples.min.js
