Increase itinerary line width. Fix #27 #64

I tried setting the LINE_WIDTH property to 12 and it seems much better. Try it yourself. The only issue here is the Traffic layer overlay, but it seems to still have no fix.

I was not sure if we should increase too much, but I didn't even tested it with higher values. I've just sent another PR with the line width set to 12.

It does not get that wide. I felt more comfortable with the width, even if it's Google Traffic's width. So one may still hide another.
