Swift implementation have been updated to 0.6.0 with Shurima and Bandle City support.

Looks like you'd added support for the factions, but didn't add the ability to generate the lowest version code required based on the cards in the deck.

Thanks for taking a look. I recognize the highest available version here, but my library is only a decoder so I don't generate deck codes.
