[BUG] Spectator V4 LA1, doesn't work

Bug Description
I tried to use the spectator V4 in the LA1 region but doesn't work, people who play don't appears any data related.

Problem Description
I also try with NA1 and the records appears, after that, I think my account or my API key doesn't work properly but I was going to op.gg, and the result it is the same, with player en LA1 the spectator doesn't work, but with another region works fine.

Expected Result
The https://la1.api.riotgames.com/lol/spectator/v4/active-games/by-summoner/{encryptedSummonerIr} Endpoint returns me the data of the match of the player.

Actual Result

Developer Impact
I need to build a web application with info on spectator API but I can't try that because doesn't work, it is a high-impact problem.

• Frequency: Every API call.
• Severity: When it happens I can't get the data of the player.

Player Impact
The players cant see data related to the actual game.

• Frequency: Every time the user visits the site.
• Severity: When this bug happens, a user is cant see the data of my site. I have more than 200 visits to my site each day, the whole site.
• Quantity: I think all players not only me build something with the spectator API in LA1.
• Region: LA1. I don't know if other regions it was the same problem

Preconditions
What conditions must be met in order for this bug to occur?

• Everythime i send a request to https://la1.api.riotgames.com/lol/spectator/v4/active-games/by-summoner/{encryptedId}

Its an on going issue with LA and BR for a few months now. Both API calls and the Spectator itself can't find the games and it seems like a random thing. Some games work and some games doesn't.

We're aware of the spectator v4 issues. Unfortunately we don't have a resolution timeline right now, but are working with the owning team.
