[Feature Request] Add eternals (statstones) to the API

Eternals (or statstones) are stats which you can collect on your champions. You can enable eternals by buying them with BE, RP or get them from event and level up rewards. Currently, you can only share your eternals by being ingame, as well as that the top 3 are shown on your profile page. As eternals are a great way to express a players unique playstyle and achievements, for example for OTPs, I think it would be quite cool to add the eternals to the API. In order to add eternals, two steps would be "required": Add a new endpoint (or add it to champion-mastery-v4[5]) and add an eternals/statstones.json to ddragon.

If this isn't intended for, e.g. privacy reasons, then that's ok too and I would accept that ^^

This would be lovely addition, it's tough checking your eternals in the client itself..
