Upgrades AWS SDK to V2 #166

This commit upgrades the AWS SDK to version 2 and adds a test suite for testing artifact deploys with Amazon s3.

Great work. This is much needed. I was about to do this myself and submit a PR. It would be great to have the version of the SDK as an attribute. I have other cookbooks that use a newer version and don't want to install different versions unnecessarily.
