TAD available if parachute open #131

The parachute inherits from the Helicopter class... Config path: configfile >> "CfgVehicles" >> "Steerable_Parachute_F" Parents: ["Paraglide","ParachuteWest","ParachuteBase","Helicopter","Air","AllVehicles","All"] so we need to exclude ParachuteBase from available TAD vehicles.
