Rename ctab items with addon prefix #62

For better visibility in config browser and for compliance with arma modding regulations (https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/ArmA_Build_Environment_Setup#Your_Namespace).

My suggestion: ctab_tablet ctab_android ctab_hcam ctab_minidagr etc.

If we do this, it should be done right away, before we release 2.0. The obvious downside is that compatibility with current missions will break, but there will be more missions affected the longer we wait. @Riouken, are you okay with changing this?

The reason I did it the other way was to be more in line with BIS's new naming conventions. I am very reluctant to do this. Let me think about this today and we can make a decision.
