Tumblr blog not downloading while using VPN

Expected Behavior

Files are downloaded.

Actual Behavior

All files are rejected as "already downloaded".

I'm using SoftEther VPN because in where I live that specific blog is blocked and redirects to some stupid page they set up to intercept both HTTPS and HTTP traffic. And now it's doing this.

Already downloaded means you downloaded the file in a previous rip. Try unchecking "Remember URL History" and rip again

I erased the history and also unchecked the option, but it kept doing that. So I had to use the external downloader.
