RipMe errors when downloading from Twitter

Expected Behavior

RipMe downloads photos, videos from the given Twitter profile

Actual Behavior

It immediately gives an error and stops:

Rip complete, saved to D:\ripme\rips\twitter_account_Liwo_Machold

Failed to load https://api.twitter.com/1.1/application/rate_limit_status.json?resources=statuses: Status Code 401. You might be able to circumvent this error by setting cookies for this domain

I wonder how one could set a cookie for Twitter for ripping images from protected (locked) accounts; Is there an option for that?
