New rip uses folder of previous rip #1650

Java version: : 1.8.0_241-b07
Operating system: : 10.0.18362.836

Expected Behavior

Paste link to rip. New folder created based on rip URL. Start rip.

Actual Behavior

Rip starts saving in the previous folder used. I didn't want to post this immediately as I assumed it would be spotted and patched straight away but as it hasn't (wut? no daily updates any more?!) and nobody else has mentioned this bug yet I'm doing my duty.

I am using v1.7.90 and is working fine for me, let me update my repo and test again

Yes, this wasn't a problem before .92.
