Rip folder opens multiple times

Please include any additional information about how to reproduce the problem: Rip a reddit user, a button to open the folder wherer the rip is located is shown, click it.

Expected Behavior

Open a windows to the download folder

Multiple windows of the same folder are opened in cascade.

I had this problem until I updated windows.

Updated windows to: Microsoft Windows [version 10.0.18363.836] Still have the issue.

It's a very old issue.
