I can report the same issue.

I thought that perhaps something changed recently in the Twitter API, but then again the same problem was reported a year ago : https://github.com/RipMeApp/ripme/issues/1591 ; and in the meantime, I had been able to rip many Twitter accounts.

So perhaps this is due to a data cap which Twitter has placed on one's IP address.
