Wiki is often out of date with wiki repo #704

The actual wiki and the wiki repo are often very out of date. A helper script to sync the 2 should be written

I haven't looked at the sheer size of the wiki but in case you'd be interested in a fluid workflow I'd suggest taking a look at Docosaurus (v1 or v2, both are used in production). It's an open-source solution for building wikis. Static HTML generation and *almost automatic syncing is supported as well. Here's the site: https://docusaurus.io

btw, the project is supported by Facebook devs so there's a quick turn-around expected.
