503 Service Unavailable when CP restarted #1

Hi, I copied the ygg folder on my custom_plugins folder and I reboot CP. But when I want to access to CP, I have this error : Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Can you help me ?

I find ygg folder must be copied after the install but before configurating CP. Best regards, FD.
