Bogdan made the forms, but he needs to test it, and for testing, he needs server-side functionality. Maybe we need to ask Dmitry's help

At the client side I did: 1) List; 2) Create/Edit form

The error reason is bad request. But I did request according to Documentation: Screenshot from 2019-05-28 12-32-07.png

Need to add this functionality to QEWD and refactor it to same architecture as we are using on openEHR and Discovery modules. Also need to add unit tests to this functionality. Will take about 12-16h.
