used drag-gesture in place of pan-gesture to fix PanGesture error #60

This fix is in regards to below reported error - https://github.com/Riron/ionic-img-viewer/issues/59

What's you Ionic version ? The export seems right as it is right now - cf PanGesture file .

It used to be in the drag-gesture file but not anymore.
