Fix en.pot and add es.po #3

This pull request adds the following enhancements:

Fix typos (chidlern -> children for example) in en.pot template
Use ellipsis (U+2026 Horizontal ellipsis) instead of 3 simple dots in en.pot template, following the advice of the GNOME Human Interface Guidelines
Add es.po (Spanish translation)
