Some icons are missing on Windows 10 #104

A few Segoe Fluent Icons font glyphs are missing on Windows 10's default icon typeface (MDL2). Some examples:

"Terms & Conditions" link in About settings page;
"Mini Player" on video & music playing bar;
"Visualizer" option in playing bar's quick settings.
