What's the Problem?

There's no problem but I think it could be interesting

Solution/Idea

Implement Discord Rich Presence in Rise Media Player to allow anyone on Discord to see what you're listening

Alternatives

Add a plugin manager in Rise Media Player to allow anyone to make their own plugins

Mmmh... I think I could make a pull request for the plugin feature. I never made any UWP app so it could be funny to experiment UWP.

@itsWindows11 as of now it's going well by the way, onto the testing stage and have written most of the actual framework, just have to hope for no bugs
