[Suzu] Wi-Fi Tethering 5.0GHz band #23

Device: Suzu Kernel version: 4.9.138 Android version: 9

Description: If you enable 5Ghz band - you cant enable wi-fi tethering (it turns off)

How to reproduce: Go to settings-network and internet-hostspot and tethering-Wi-Fi hostpot-Advanced-Ap Band-5.0Ghz band and turn on hostspot it automaticaly turn it off
