Removed ability to view the likes of a user, owing to deprecation by Twitter/X #602

This method is temporarily disabled, owing to removal of the ability to get the list of tweet liked by a user by Twitter/X. However, it's possible to fetch the liked tweets of the authenticated user, which will be implemented in a future release.
