Odd statement at the start of DG #23

There is a by statement which seems out of place. Could be added towards the end in a references section. Could maybe explain what F14-1 means also

  1. It is not exactly specified that those are the team name and number, personally I thought that a person named Jayme had single-handedly written the entire UG.
  2. As seen in the picture above, tester misunderstanding is a bug and is in scope as it could have been fixed in the feature freeze.
