Expected: to see a guide on how to download Java 11 Actual: just a list of binaries with no actual explanation on how to download. This may be difficult for new user to use who are not familiar with Java at all.

Team's Response

Dear tester,

we want to thank you for your feedback

Oracle website provided is not just "list of binaries" it has tabs with "linux, macOS, windows" and a download button for x64 or ARM64 users.

Website is well-made by Oracle and only requires mac users to find out the device model.

In future, we could include a more guided screen shots for new users (for eg, clicking the download button)

 Issue response

Team chose [response.NotInScope]

Reason for disagreement: This issue seems to be in scope as it could have been fixed in the feature freeze as it is in the UG. Moreover, it hinders readers significantly, considering a lot of people usually do not have strong technical capabilities.

## Issue severity Team chose [`severity.Low`] Originally [`severity.Medium`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** "follow the download instructions" implies that they will be instructions on how to download java however, those are missing. This can be a significant problem to: those not familiar with Java 11, those not familiar with binaries, those not familiar with with what ARM64 or x64 is, those that are reading technical documentation for the first time, and just those that are generally not technically inclined. Moreover, simply clicking the download button on the correct link will _not_ finish the installation of Java 11 which could somewhat hinder the user. I believe that the severity **Medium** is well justified as this flaw "causes occasional inconvenience to some users, but they can continue to use the product.". As they would have to scour the internet to find a suitable guide. Moreover, they would have to learn what Java 11 is, and understand what binaries are and unearth the basic architecture of their computer. I believe that a better more intuitive to understand link(s) could have been added. Screenshots, etc to help technically challenged users could have also been added. Hence, I recommend keeping the severity at **Medium**.
