Cloze inside MathJax is broken. #91

Hi. When writing cloze deletions within a Mathjax inline or within a block, they do not work and instead render plain text with no Mathjax. All the best.

Adding a note that it appears to work if the cloze contains mathjax and ordinary text, the issue is specifically wherein the cloze is within a mathjax expression
