node v8 support #142

Hello! I'm working on upgrading to node@^8.1.0 (npm@5 is good stuff), but it appears that this module is not compatible with node 8 yet. Any timeline for supporting node 8? Any way I can help?

Nevermind. They just seem to be build errors, but it seems to work fine in the end. Sorry about that.
