Implement 100% test coverage #149

image There is one line uncovered but this is because the function is no longer used anywhere in the code image @haidarally left a comment saying the function has been deprecated, but i will like him to take it out himself when he returns

lastly i set the test coverage to skip the contracts/lib directory which contains ERC20Upgradeable.sol and ERC20PermitUpgradeable.sol files that are external dependencies
