Deploy the contracts on TESTNET with hourly rebase #35

Can we please deploy our smart contracts on testnet (Goerli, Mumbai, etc.) with our own underlying asset so we can easily mint and redeem them? Let's setup also hourly rebase, so we can test it at a fast pace.

Or maybe we should use Sepolia testnet? This way we would not have a problem with trying to find Goerli testnet ETH, as on Sepolia testnet ETH is not capped.
