  1. Ability to stop trades after the next rollover (ie rollover will happen, but people can not transfer tokens after it). They can only withdraw/burn the tokens. This might be needed if we decide to decommission the given set of tokens X and Y.
  2. Stop minting NOW.
  3. Stop burning/withdrawals NOW.
  4. Stop transfers NOW
  5. ???
