Research: is it possible stop Uniswap of creating vault for token X vs something else than token Y

Let's say you are the owner/deployer of ERC-20 TokenX and for any reason, you do not want anyone to create Uniswap markets where TokenX would be one side of the trading pair.

Would it be doable to instruct somehow Uniswap contracts not to create markets comprising of TokenXs?
