DevToken rename #79

Actually I don't know what it was called DevToken... Can we rename them across the codebase (tests, comments, method names, class names) to something else? Maybe SmartToken (that's how we call our assets) or maybe RiskToken?

Voting for the name please before we do the change @Tunji17 , @haidarally

Yes i vote smartToken, I have seen that come up a couple times. I believe it will align with our marketing efforts
