[Feature Request] Add "mod current install" to GUI launcher #23

The v1.3.2 GUI is also missing the option to "mod current install". There is an option to "install BSIPA" but it doesn't launch ModAssistant, so I don't know what to do.

you can open ModAssistant yourself
