update to Plasma 6 #10

Please update to Plasma 6. I checked on KDE Neon and current version doesn't work.

Since I already had Quicklaunch configuration in plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc when upgrading to Plasma 6 the menu survived and configured launchers still work. However, edit actions are inconsistent. These are the actions not working:

  1. Adding a launcher to the popup adds it to the bottom of the launcher list but it cannot be re-ordered by drag and drop which previously worked.
  2. Adding a launcher from the main launcher menu by drag-and-drop no longer works.
  3. Quicklaunch is not currently available in the online "Widget Download".
  4. Matching the position and style (slightly rounded corners) of the new floating panel would be nice?

I think when upgrading to Plasma 6 I added anything which would help with backward compatibility like plasma5-integration.

These issues may be to do with a re-work of how drag and select now works in the desktop. In some applications select of objects in the window can result in the whole window moving.

Linux/Plasma version: Manjaro (Arch) Plasma 6.0.5
