IRFinder Diff results p-value

Dear Claudio, I've run IRFinder Diff. However, the output file has DESeq2.padj.CTR_TTX. My data does not produce any IR event significant after adjustment. So, we need to consider the unadjusted p-value for significance. However, I did not find the p-value column in the outfile. Please advise sorting this out to get the p-value in the output file instead of the adjusted p-value.

Hello Reza, The method Diff supports multiple groups, performing a pairwise comparison for each combination. In the file all_results_DESeq2.tsv there is a summary of all the comparisons, meanwhile in the subfiles called [contrast_name]_DESeq2.tsv there is the full output of DESeq2, including the column p-value.
