Did not have any hint or error #35

Dear author, thank you for your this great package! I have some problem when I run the IRFinder.

I think the installing process is ok. After I install this package successfully, I get this help information. image

But when I want to build the reference for chicken, even I write a wrong human backlist.bed file, i cannot get any error. It also cannot produce any results. The running time is just 0.0001s. I think it does do anything.

This is my command.

(base) -bash-4.2$ IRFinder -m BuildRefFromSTARRef -r REF/chicken_Ref -x chicken_star_index -e RNA.SpikeIn.ERCC.fasta.gz -b Human_hg38_nonPolyA_ROI.bed

Hello, First of all, thank you for using IRFinder. Is chicken_star_index the location of a pre-built STAR index? In order to reproduce the error, It would be helpful the link to the reference genome and annotation you are trying to use. Thank you and sorry for the problem. Cheers, Claudio
