Websocket image upload #140

Description

Added ability to upload images in chat.

Images are uploaded by pressing the camera icon
Only 1 can be uploaded at a time
Text can be sent with the image (image is sent first, and then text)

Note Mobile code was updated to reflect the endpoint changes but to see if it still works this needs to be deployed.
