Hi again,

I still have errors while running the pipeline. In this case in the step Step VIII: transform the .net.axt to .maf...

Dear Diego,

Thanks for your feedback. I noticed that the genome causing the error is GCA_033032245.1_UBC_Ppic_1.0_genomic.fasta according to age_dating.txt. I will test this and fix it based on the genome that caused the error.

Once I fix this, I will let you know.
